This is definitely a solid piece of equipment. However, it is extremely large and heavy, and difficult to slide into the main unit. If I leave it attached, then most of my favorite upper body exercises can't be done.
What's even worse, as the other reviewers noted, is that the rods on the one side of the Bowflex unit don't get you a sufficient workout (well, maybe when you're just starting out).
Unfortunately, this will not get used much, if at all. And it's so heavy, that shipping it back for a refund would be astronomical.

The ab crunch attachment provides better form than the harness - very good form - the only problem is that it uses only one side of the power rods - the maximum resistance is 205rr pounds at maximum configuration - needs more resistance.

Bought this hopeing to get a good w.o., This thing didnt challenge anything except my patience.Either Im to strong or something ,it only uses on side of the power rods not enough. The tought was there but the design is week.Went back to using the collar that came with my gym instead, gives better workout. Good try
