Comments about Bowflex Single Function Hand Grips:
I've had it since year 2000. Try to work it 3 times a week. It really helps me to stay in shape, without the free weight spotter and hazards. The only problem I've had is the plastic inserts in the handles can't handle max weight on a regular basis. The ends of the plastic start to chip out like teeth, and then the plastic starts to cut into the straps.
