This is a great upgrade. Some exercises , I was repping with 210lbs for 20 reps at a time , so this helped keep things challenging. I'm getting ready to purchase the 410 upgrade. I can't wait!

The rods themselves are identical. The difference is that the 410 rods come with an additonal box setting that attaches to the existing rod box on certain home gyms.
