50 lb power rod addition/upgrade for the 310 lb rods on my 20 year old Bowflex Ultimate II. Got this to add more weight for squats. Works very well. Stronger than my other rods since they are 20 years old and well used so I include the new ones during many exercises.
Just what I needed !

I work out 6 days a week and love it! The extreme 2 is easy to use and allows natural movement.
Good but.....
The added resistance is great for muscle building.
