50 lb power rod addition/upgrade for the 310 lb rods on my 20 year old Bowflex Ultimate II. Got this to add more weight for squats. Works very well. Stronger than my other rods since they are 20 years old and well used so I include the new ones during many exercises.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

1 Power Rod® Resistance Rods are manufactured using nylon composite material. The weight resistance measurements are estimates and resistance can vary based on environmental and usage patterns and other factors. Rod resistance will normally degrade over time and after extensive usage.
