Permanently Disabled Wounded Warrior

What an amazing machine! I am a permanently disabled combat veteran with multiple injuries throughout my entire body. My body weight was getting out of control and my muscle build was deteriorating at an alarming rate. Between all the medications and the constant pain, I was spiraling down the rabbi...

Most Liked Negative Review

Good, with some flaws

Machine functions great, doesn't take up as much room a single I had first thought it would which is great. The rod system works well, variety of exercises is pretty good. The initial 210lbs that comes with it is far less than it should, smaller rods are so flimsy and feel like nothing but seems it...

Just about a month into using my new BoFlex and I simply love it! The design is brilliant, and easy to transition from one exercise to the next. As a 60 year old man, I needed something that works with my schedule, and finding I'm working out much more often in the convenience of my home. Feeling stronger already. I canceled my gym membership this week and not looking back!

I have been using this for about three weeks and it's easy to change between exercises. I have low back issues so it took me about four hours over two days to assemble. Assembly instructions were easy to follow

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

1 Power Rod® Resistance Rods are manufactured using nylon composite material. The weight resistance measurements are estimates and resistance can vary based on environmental and usage patterns and other factors. Rod resistance will normally degrade over time and after extensive usage. If you have any questions regarding the resistance of your Power Rod® Resistance Rods, contact our BowFlex Customer Service department for assistance.
