- 30 Seconds - Squats
- 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
- 30 Seconds - Forward Lunges
- 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
- 30 Seconds - Backward Lunges
- 10 Seconds - Running in Place
- 30 Seconds - Lateral Lunges
- 10 Seconds - Jumping Jacks
- 30 Seconds - Squat Hold
- 10 Seconds - Running in Place
- 30 Seconds - Jump Squats
