The hip flexors are a primary muscle group under attack by our increasingly sedentary lifestyles. It's pretty straightforward; The more we sit, the shorter and weaker they become, both of which create a whole host of biomechanical problems. So take a couple of minutes and stretch your hip flexors - Your body will thank you for it!
